Mango Smoothie with the Lot

Start your morning with this lovely and so easy to make recipe. You will be surprised how this little goodness fill you up and get you ready for a wonderful day.  

Serves 2 • Prep time 30 minutes

Cooking time 20 minutes

Equipment: Blender; 2 glasses; 1 mixing glass or cup

 

Ingredients

Ambrosia Organic honey for drizzle (optional)

2 tablespoons Power Super Foods Chia Seeds

½ cup water

½ cup of Greek yoghurt or any kind of your choice

½ cup diced frozen or fresh mango

½ cup of diced strawberries

¼ cup of Byron Bay Macadamia muesli

 

Method

Step 1 • Place chia seed and water into a mixing glass. Let stand for 30 mins. Stir occasionally.

Step 2 • Place mango and yoghurt into the blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 3 • Divide mango smoothies between 2 glasses.

Step 4 • Layer with chia seeds, muesli and drizzle with honey.

Step 5 • Top with diced strawberries and mango. Enjoy.
