Faulty Returns. We take great pride in the quality of our products and have a stringent process in place with our suppliers. However if you believe you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours and we will exchange the item purchased for another one or offer you a refund. We will also pay for the shipping costs (only for domestic customers).
For international customers, you will be responsible for the shipping costs plus any duties and taxes that may be incurred for returns. We will email you with instructions on how to return the product. See “How to Return”.
If you receive an incorrect item purchased from our store, you may request for a refund, or an exchange for another item.
Change of Mind Returns. For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any change of mind returns unless they are unopened (i.e. packaging, labels, tags intact). We will offer you an exchange however we will not offer a refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. We cannot offer returns for sale items unless they are faulty.
For domestic customers (customers who reside in Australia), you have 10 days to return the products while international customers (who reside outside of Australia) have up to 21 days to return the products.
How to Return. For domestic customers (customers who reside in Australia) should expect to receive your refund within 5 working days of us receiving your item. We aim to process your refund as quickly as we can. This also depends how quickly the bank can process our refund request. For international customers, it may take a little longer.
